Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Digital Prodcucts
Digital items (e-books, PDFs, audio files) will be delivered by download link or email after payment is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive your purchase. All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Refunds & Returns
For physical items: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. Contact us at info@mrlynnjohnson with your order number and issue. For digital items: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for digital downloads. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
